1000gr cookies mix
400gr margarine or (300gr maragarine+100gr butter )
stirring well until you cant see any more of margarine.
On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters. Place cookies on prepared cookie sheet.
bake in 180 c for 10-12 min
