The new mixture can prepare the German wholemeal bread EMMER, with pretty good swelling ratio of our specially formulated something (that few manage the reason of the specificity of the flour) and a rich aroma.

Recipe: 5kg mixture EMMER
               3,750 liters of water
               125 g yeast
              100g salt
              100ml oil
Packaging: 25 kg sack
